Dr. Tim Young, University of North Dakota: Will speak about his work with Type I supernovae, and his recently published paper in the journal Nature.

Lyndon Anderson, near Bismarck, ND: Aurora Borealis photographer, will share with us his adventures is photographing the northern lights in the dark skies of North Dakota. Check out his website, Prairie Journal, to see some of his beautiful pictures, not only of the aurora but also of the ND prairie.
